We ship improvements regularly. Here's the latest.
New
Ongoing Transactions
Define a Secure Transaction once, then run repeated payments against it — debt service, trustee disbursements, contractor payments, recurring transfers.
New verification flow for outside participants — counterparties can verify identity without a tenant account.
Flow-of-funds editor: create, edit, and duplicate flows with safer delete guards and a clearer Amount row.
Faster page loads and snappier navigation across the app after a frontend rebuild on the Next.js App Router.

Account owners can grant per-user exceptions for sign-ins from new locations — cuts down on legitimate logins blocked while traveling.

New
ID Verification + Transaction Insurance
ID Verification
Identity verification (KYC) is now available for all transaction participants. Once participants provide identification data and documentation, they’ll be marked as verified — adding another layer of security to every transaction.
Insurance Now Available for Wires
Transaction Insurance is now offered as an optional safeguard for Secure Closings. Coordinators can add coverage tailored to their transaction amount, providing extra protection and peace of mind when moving funds.
Lock button added to transactions for enhanced security.
Only coordinators can lock/unlock transactions.
When locked, all transaction modifications are prevented including: adding or editing accounts, editing transaction information, adding senders, clearers, or receivers.
Clearer Role Support
Clearer role integrated into the transaction stepper.
Clearers can set up one-time transactions without being listed as participants.
Clearers have authority to establish both sender and receiver for transactions.
Sub-Transaction Functionality
Create Sub-Transaction option added via “Edit Transaction” button.
Streamlined creation form with minimal required details for maximum flexibility.
Parent-child relationship linking: parent transactions display links to sub-transactions; sub-transactions display links to parent transactions.
Access permissions inherited from parent transaction.
Participants remain responsible for entering their own account information.
Sub-transaction count now visible on transaction list page (displayed as numbered chip next to transaction type).
Enhanced Transaction Visibility
Transaction state now displayed on transaction view pages.
State filter added to transaction list page for improved navigation.
Improved
Wire Retain Method + UI Refinements
Wire: Retain is now a transaction method and upon selecting, participants are not able to enter instructions, the closing memo is updated, and the completion percentage is no longer using that disbursement.
OBI details are hidden on the PDF and disbursement popup.
Basefund’s account can be seen by sender/clearer and no longer requires a “from.”
